Join our Operations & Development team as an intern and help streamline our research operations while supporting strategic business development initiatives. You'll work on optimizing internal processes, supporting research project management, and contributing to our organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Support research project management and coordination across teams
  • • Optimize internal processes and workflows for maximum efficiency
  • • Assist with business development initiatives and partnership opportunities
  • • Analyze operational metrics and create reports for leadership
  • • Support grant writing and funding application processes
  • • Coordinate events, meetings, and research presentations
  • • Maintain documentation and knowledge management systems

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field
  • • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
  • • Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking

Preferred Qualifications:

  • • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
  • • Knowledge of business development and strategic planning
  • • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
  • • Understanding of research environments and academic operations
  • • Previous internship experience in operations or business development

Internship Details
